Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we may collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
The data controller responsible for personal data processed in connection with the Services is Advyra Media, reachable at advyramedia@gmail.com. Postal address: [Insert your full registered business address].
2. Scope
This policy applies to a casual puzzle game including levels, progress, scores, and optional daily-style challenges and any websites or support channels we operate for the game. It does not apply to third-party websites, stores, or services that we link to (for example Google Play), which are governed by their own policies.
3. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the Services and which features we enable, we may process:
3.1 Information you provide
- Communications you send us (for example support emails), including their content and metadata.
- Any nickname, avatar, or other profile fields if we add social or account features.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: device model, operating system version, language/locale, app version, installation identifiers, time zone, IP address, and general diagnostic logs.
- Gameplay and progression: level progress, scores, streaks, completion status, settings (such as sound or vibration preferences), session duration, and in-game events needed to operate features (for example daily challenges or trophies, if available).
- Crash and performance data: stack traces, error reports, and performance metrics to keep the Services stable and secure.
- Advertising and campaign identifiers (if ads or attribution are used): Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android or similar device identifiers, limited ad tracking flags where applicable, and ad interaction events. If we do not use advertising SDKs, such data may still be available to platform providers as described in their policies.
3.3 Information from partners
If you install or update the app through Google Play, Google may provide us aggregated or technical information according to the Google Privacy Policy. Payment processors handle billing data for in-app purchases; we do not receive your full payment card number.
4. How we use information
We use the categories above to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services and game features.
- Save your progress, preferences, and statistics locally and/or on our servers if applicable.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Analyze usage in aggregate or pseudonymous form to improve design and difficulty balancing.
- Deliver and measure advertising, offers, or rewarded experiences where enabled, including frequency capping and fraud prevention.
- Communicate with you about updates, security notices, or support requests.
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: processing necessary to provide the Services you request (for example syncing progress if we offer cloud save).
- Legitimate interests: improving the Services, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and direct marketing that is proportionate and respects your rights (you may object where applicable).
- Consent: for optional analytics, personalized ads, or marketing communications where required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law.
6. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who host data, provide analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools, email delivery, or anti-fraud services, bound by confidentiality and processing agreements where required.
- Advertising and measurement partners if we monetize or promote the Services with ads or attribution SDKs.
- Payment processors (for example Google Play Billing) for purchases you initiate.
- Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money as defined under the CCPA/CPRA in the traditional sense of selling lists of individuals. Where “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising applies, we provide opt-out mechanisms as required (see Section 10).
7. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions approved by relevant regulators.
8. Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Game telemetry and logs are typically retained for a limited period, while support correspondence may be kept longer to resolve issues and demonstrate compliance.
9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit where supported. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Data portability for information you provided where technically feasible.
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at advyramedia@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request. Android users can also reset advertising IDs and adjust ad personalization in device settings.
California residents (CPRA)
California residents may request to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CPRA rights. You may use an authorized agent where permitted; we may require proof of authorization.
European users
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may contact your local data protection authority if you believe our processing infringes applicable law.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Third-party links and SDKs
The app may include links to third-party sites or integrate SDKs (analytics, ads, social features). Their collection and use of information is governed by their own policies. We encourage you to read Google’s disclosures in the Play listing and device settings.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law (for example an in-app notice).
